Product Availability

The availability of a product is noted on the Product Detail page as one of the following: “In Stock,””Pre-Order,” “Coming Soon” or “Backorder.” Most items are In Stock and ready to ship. Some items are either not yet available (Pre-Order or Coming Soon) or temporarily out-of-stock (Backorder). All items can only be purchased online. We do not currently have in-person retail stores (Online Only).

After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during Checkout and the location of your shipping address.

In-Stock Items

Most orders for In-Stock items begin shipping as soon as your online purchase is completed. Items are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.

Example: if you order an In-Stock item on Monday that leaves the warehouse in 1-2 business days, it will leave our warehouse no later than Wednesday. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during Checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Backorder Items

Backorder items are temporarily out of stock but available for purchase on our site. A Backorder item that you may order is shipped directly to you once it is back in stock. You will be notified of the status of your item via email.

Shipping To U.S. Territories And APO/FPO

Shipping to U.S. Territories, including U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and Puerto Rico, or to APO/FPO addresses is not available at this time.

International Shipping

International shipping is not available at this time.
