If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items in UNUSED and ORIGINAL CONDITION purchased from The Garifuna Market www.thegarifunamarket.com the official The Garifuna Market website, can be returned WITHIN 14 DAYS of PURCHASE.

Gift Messages, Gift Wrapping or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Sale items are non refundable.

Return process:

a. Fill out the return form provided in the original package and indicate the item number, quantity, and reason code.
b. Place merchandise and return form in the package.
c. Attach a return label to the outside of the package and secure package for mailing.
d. Drop off package at your nearest USPS Post Office. You WILL be responsible for the payment of the return shipping.
e. Choose that your package be tracked and insured. The Garifuna Market cannot reimburse the cost of shipping. Address for returns should be mailed to:

f. All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment (excluding shipping cost)
g. Returns will be processed within 4 business days of receipt of your item(s) by The Garifuna Market. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 5-7 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your payment method.
h. If you cannot locate the return form, please contact The Garifuna Market Customer Care Center for further assistance.

Customers have the option to send their purchase(s) as a gift.

On the product page, you will have the option to select one of the following add-ons (Additional rates may apply as shown on the specific add-on):

Select this option if you do not want any gifting options.

2. Gift Message (+ $1.00)

Select this option if you would like a custom message sent with your purchase. Add your message at checkout in the Order Notes field. (150 word maximum).

You can also add this add-on to your cart.

3. Gift Wrap (+ $6.00)

Select this option if you would like your purchase gift-wrapped. Gift receipt and gift message included. Please add your message at checkout in the Order Notes field. (150 word maximum).

You can also add this add-on to your cart.

4. Gift Receipt (+ $0.00)

Select this option if you would like a gift receipt sent with your purchase. This is the best choice for if you do not want the invoice/price paid for your purchase shown.

This does not include gift wrap or gift messages.

We do not arrange pick-ups or drop-offs.

We are online-only and ship orders throughout the U.S. only at this time.

Don’t worry! Orders tend to arrive quickly, within a few days from the time the order has shipped. Please check your confirmation e-mail to track your package.

You can exchange your unused purchase in good condition, within 14 days of your original purchase.

The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling fees of exchanges and returns. This fee typically starts at $7.95 and up each way, depending on the region you are located.
