At Garifuna Market, we take pride in curating meaningful products that celebrate culture, identity, and education. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


🛍️ Physical Products (Apparel, etc.)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible physical items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect.

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Limited edition items 


💻 Digital Products (Downloads, etc.)

Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales are final.
We do not offer refunds on downloadable flashcards, guides, or media once they have been accessed or delivered.

However, if you experience a technical issue or receive the wrong file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll make it right.


🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you received a damaged item or the wrong order, please email us at shop@thegarifunamarket.com with your order number and a photo of the item within 7 days of delivery.
